Custom Doepke Euclid Hauler with Quad Wheel Setup

Interesting Quad Wheel Euclid Bottom Dump Setup.  This custom version of what looks like a Euclid Bottom Dump tractor with the addition of a 5 wheel and the trailer from a Woolbridge with the addition of an extra set of wheels.  Interesting restoration job and great quality with  the custom exhaust on the tractor.  I found this surfing the web in 2004 and thought I would share it with everyone.

Actually, it is a Wooldridge bottom dump trailer with the Euclid tractor. I know because I built this toy in the late ’90s. In fact, it was my first “custom” restoration. The “Southwest” on the side is for a real machinery maker from California in the ’50s that built a lot of amazing custom real machines. I just imagined the appropriate colar was “desert sand”.

This was my first “custom restoration” in the late ’90s. Didn’t turn out too bad. The “Southwest” decal is representative of a real machinery company of the ’50s that built some very big equipment. I just felt the color, “desert sand” was appropriate.
