Found this years ago and while looking through my image archive I found this photo. I believe this was referenced from CCM toys. Very interesting to see the difference between a Doepke Prototype and the actual production model in the 50’s

CCM does, indeed, have the prototype. I saw it personally last October (‘07). There’s even a door on the back of the cab.
The construction field always has it ups and downs and is always changing but progress will never stop.Even in a questionable economy there is always room for growth and expansion. The will and strength of the people is what makes us all able to move forward and accomplish great feats together. and construction has always been the backbone of this country no matter the economic status.
I had the Doepke crane around 1951. Also had the Fire pumper, the Fire Ladder trunk and the road grader.
What a spoiled kid.
